With the launch of Alesha Dixon's AW16 Collection, exclusively at Little Black Dress, we're taking you behind the scenes of the latest campaign shoot, and the collection itself with the Britain's Got Talent judge!

The Day of the Shoot

In the lead up to the launch, the campaign shoot took place across the course of one single day back in August at Sunbeam Studios – the same studio where we shot the Little Black Dress Collection campaign. No stranger to celebrity shoots, magazine's such as Vogue and Vanity Fair have all shot high profile covers at the studio; making it the perfect place to capture one of the UK's most loved stars! The day went by with routine precision, as Alesha went from outfit to outfit, hairstyle to hairstyle and shoe to shoe, as she posed and laughed along with the team, ensuring she got the best shots for the campaign. Very close to her heart, the singer was active throughout the day ensuring each shot perfectly captured the dresses and their mood; whether that be a bold statement or an effortlessly sexy look, either way, she nailed it!

As the day drew to a close, and the shoot was over, Alesha swapped posing for talking, as she talked her way through the collection; explaining why she chose to design each dress, and what she loved about them. Incorporating the season's biggest trends, including statement velvet dresses, molten metallics and stand-out gold, the collection has something for everyone.
