- Entrants must be over the age of 18 at time of entry.
- This prize draw is not open to members or employees of Little Black Dress or their immediate family, Mr & Mrs Smith, The Style Standard, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the draw.
- No purchase necessary.
- There are no alternative cash prizes.
- To enter the prize draw the entrant must 'Like' Little Black Dress on Facebook and then fill in their details on the entry form.
- The Promoter can accept no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to a technical fault.
- There is one prize of two consecutive nights in a Design Double room on a bed and breakfast basis at the Bingham Hotel, Richmond, plus one dinner or lunch included during the stay. The offer excludes wine and the tasting menu. The prize also includes the Margit Brandt Estima dress from The Style Standard.
- Closing date for entries is Tuesday 14 February 2012 at 23:59 GMT. The winner will be announced on Wednesday 15 February 2012. The winner has until 14 March 2012 to accept the prize. After this time a redraw will take place.
- The prize will be valid for one year until February 15 2012.
- The competition is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability.
- The prize cannot be taken during the following periods: Valentine's Day, Easter weekend, both May bank holiday weekends, August Bank holiday weekend, Olympics, Christmas and New Year dates.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. By submitting an entry entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
- Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
