WOMEN'S DRESS
We have a huge selection of women's dress. Click here to see our selection of lovely styles. Women's dress and the thought and expense that goes into it takes a lot of our resource. On a recent survey within the UK we have been told that the average size of a women's dress is a 16, and the bust size a 36D, with a 34 inch waist and 41 inch hips. The women's dress we wear now is bigger than the women's dress our mums and grandmothers wore in the 50s as they were smaller than us then.
Apparently we love to get dolled up in our women's dress - naturally we want to look our best and spend our money on an average of 34 items each year, totalling £3,000 on our purchases (of which many are no doubt the timeless women's dress!). We have six items in our wardrobe that have never been worn but the favourite is the women's dress, the little black dress followed by our killer heels and jeans.
Our biggest sartorial weakness is for shoes which is the perfect finishing touch to the women's dress.
We spend £2,7000 on bras in a lifetime, but we spend a lot of time putting on and taking off the make up we wear with our women's dress.
We spend 603 days applying make up and 170 days taking it off - of course we want our women's dress to look our best, our crowning glory - our fabulous hair style needs to look the part with our women's dress - these hours are are probably the same days she spends in front of the mirror looking stunning in her women's dress!
And her biggest expense of all is her hair, on which she spends a mind-blowing £36,903.75. Well we all need to look the part, what would be the point of our women's dress and the rest of the effort that has gone into it?!
