Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Entrants must be over the age of 18 at time of entry. This competition is only open to UK residents. It is not open to members or employees of Little Black Dress or their immediate family, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the draw.
  2. To enter the LBD Best Night Ever Giveaway, you need to provide us with your name and email address.
  3. For a further chance to win the LBD Best Night Ever Giveaway, share with a friend by providing a friend's name and email address. We will then email them once asking if they would like to enter the Giveaway.
  4. By entering this Giveaway, the entrant agrees to receive’s weekly newsletter and carefully chosen updates from Mr and Mrs Smith Hotels. If you wish to unsubscribe to either of these services click 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the newsletter received.
  5. Closing date for entries is 6th January 2014 at 23:59 GMT. The prize draw will have twelve winners selected at random from all valid entries (by an independent person). Each winner will be notified by Email by Friday 10th of January 2014 at 15:00 GMT. The Promoter's decision will be final.
  6. The prizes available include: 1) 1 x £200 gift voucher for a stay at a Mr & Mrs Hotel of your choice; the gift card is non-refundable and is valid for bookings until 1st December 2014. Please note gift cards can only be redeemed via the Mr & Mrs Smith website or the booking line for hotels in the Smith collection, and not directly with hotels.   7. Winners must claim the prize by noon on Friday 24th January 2014. How to claim details will be provided with winner's notification. In the event a winner fails to claim a prize within the time limit or is otherwise disqualified from the draw, that prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void.
  8. No purchase necessary.There are no alternative cash prizes.The Promoter can accept no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to a technical fault.
  9. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
  10. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
  11. The name and county of the winners will be available until 31th December 2014 and can be obtained by sending a request and return SAE to the Promoter's address below.
