UK Delivery Policy
01. We offer a Standard FREE delivery to anywhere in the UK and N Ireland.
02. Little Black Dress is a luxury online marketplace and you may receive your goods in different shipments from the brand(s) directly to you.
03. Standard delivery usually takes 2-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to reach you from dispatch. In the case of made-to-order items, delivery times can take a little longer. Please refer to each individual product page for more information.
A signature may be required upon receipt so please ensure there is someone there to accept your package. If you are not there to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange redelivery or collection.
Priority Delivery
01. Please order before 12pm Monday – Thursday to receive your order the next day*.
02. Orders are only dispatched on working days: any next day orders placed on Friday or the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
03. For Saturday delivery options please email [email protected] to discuss.
*Subject to location and courier service, some postcodes may be exempt from Next Day Delivery.
International Delivery
01. We ship worldwide
02. All our international shipments are fully insured, sent with a tracking number,
and will be shipped 3-4 days after payment.
03. Your order will be dispatched directly to you from the brand(s) via a tracked service and can take 5 to 10 days to arrive, dependant on your location. Please click here for a full list of countries and delivery charges.
04. Please note International orders may incur custom duties and taxes so it can be a good idea to contact your local customs office to find out before you order.
Returns Policy
01. You have up to 14 days from receipt of goods to return your items. You can return by simply downloading a QR code onto your phone, or if you prefer, printing off a returns label, before dropping your package(s) into your local Post Office.
02. A £4 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
