Jessica Chastain is no Cannes wallflower in colourful silk dress
Among the extravagant dresses and floor-sweeping trains that this year’s 65th Cannes Festival has witnessed, it is refreshing to see a modest but chic ensemble grace the red carpets. Jessica Chastain provided this relief in a gorgeous Herve L. Leroux silk body-con dress for the film photocall of Lawless.
The midi dress featured a silk multi-coloured striped bodice with a plunging v-neckline and sultry cross-over back straps. This was attached to a black silk figure-hugging skirting which showed off the actress’s enviable figure. Chastain finished off the ensemble with black patent peep-toe platforms and minimalistic accessories.
