Judging from her convincing previous performances as her leather-clad, scowling alter ego Selene in blockbuster franchise Underworld, Kate Beckinsale is one actress that certainly knows how to scrub up! The British beauty looked an absolute vision for her appearance at the Late Show with David Letterman in New York. Ms Beckinsale donned a gorgeous one-shoulder dress by Donna Karan that clung to her every curve but stopped at the sophisticated midi-length hem. The dress dazzled in a multitude of black and gold sequins and Kate channelled old Hollywood glamour with long cascading curls and a smoky eye.
