Pippa Middleton is no stranger to the red carpet but Team LBD suspect her latest flirtation with the red carpet in a Chanel-esque monochrome dress had something to do with a certain silver haired, fingerless-glove-clad fashion designer who recently commented that Pippa ‘should only ever show her back’.
