Brunch Anyone? Ladies That Lunch in Style
Spring has finally sprung and you know what that means? It’s time to do lunch. Let's ditch our hibernation mode organising a brunch date with girlfriends. With hopefully warmer weather on the horizon, we called on our friends at DesignMyNight for the low-down on the best brunch spots out there. From boozy breakfasts in a Miami Vice-themed haunt to Tel Aviv-inspired dishes in Soho; this isn’t just a list on where to find the best eggs and avocado, it’s an excuse to buy a new outfit.

If you like your brunch with free-flowing prosecco, head to The Button Factory in Birmingham
this spring. It has cool written all over it, with exposed brick walls, green foliage, hanging lamps and plush leather sofas. They’ve even got a balcony to take advantage of (if the weather plays ball, that is). Food-wise, expect fancy croquettes, banana bread french toast with berries, and Shakshuka (that's poached egg in a spicy stew to me and you). Got a sweet tooth? Finish off your meal with their dark chocolate honeycomb pot.

couldn’t agree more. Nestled nearby Bristol’s beautiful floating harbour, imagine New York meets Melbourne in this glam breakfast hangout. On the menu you’ll find kale Benedict and Harissa eggs next to Chia fruit bowls and buttermilk pancakes topped with maple bacon. After something a little stronger? . They’ve got their visuals down to a T with pink and turquoise leather booths, retro posters, statement wallpaper and are-you-sure-they’re-fake flamingos. On the menu you’ll find everything from eggs Florentine to salted caramel banoffee pancakes; and if you want a boozy affair, every Saturday they do a bottomless brunch with free-flowing Prosecco or bucks fizz.

The word ‘brunch’ can’t be uttered in London without people mentioning The Good Egg
, so it’s only right that you go see what all the fuss is about. Their venue in Kingly Court is a pretty-as-a-picture haven with baby pink walls, turquoise seats and mini palm trees. The food is Israeli-inspired, so expect Jerusalem breakfasts with everything from crispy fried eggs, aubergine and pillowy pita to NYC whitefish bagels. Oh, and be sure to turn your attention to their sweets and treats menu (the chocolate and cardamom oreos are next level).
