Giovanna Fletcher's three favourite dresses

Mrs to McFly's Tom Fletcher, actress and now author of the hugely anticipated Billy and Me, Giovanna is a girl of many talents. She's also a lady after our own hearts, loving nothing better than marking a special occasion by getting all dolled up in a statement-making dress. But out of all of the frocks Gi has donned, which have been her favourite? Here she tells Team LBD: I wear pyjamas. A lot. In fact, over the last two years while I've been writing my debut novel Billy and Me, I'm ashamed to admit that I've spent the majority of my days in comfies… Now, as lovely as it is to spend nearly all day, every day, sat in front of my computer screen in my jim-jams, I have to spare a thought for the lovely clothes hanging in my wardrobe that have been neglected. I'd love to pull a few pieces out and prance around in them while I work, but restrictive clothing means a distracted writer in my house – so, unfortunately, it just doesn't work. But now the book is finished (and before I get started on book number two!) I'll be giving all of my lovely frocks an outing, or six! It's the Feather Ombre Shift Dress, which I recently wore to film Mr and Mrs. It felt ridiculously relaxed in its loose fit, but also sexy and glam all at the same time… that's my kind of fashion! Dress two is a colourful maxi dress from Libra, and was given to me as a honeymoon present from my mother-in-law. It's beautiful and I feel wonderful in it. Dress three, rather unfortunately, is unlikely to ever have another outing in its dress lifetime. It's such a shame as it is by far the most expensive thing I've ever bought and the most special – it's my wedding dress. Hours were spent having fittings at Phillipa Lepley to make sure the dress fit like a glove and was my version of perfect. A simply stunning strapless gown with an almond neckline and the most divine beaded lace… Actually, scrap the bit about being comfortable whilst writing; I'm off to get my wedding dress out.
