The Weekend’s Best Dressed Celebrities
From glamorous international parties to star studded film premieres, this weekend saw some of the biggest celebs hit the circuit in the most show-stopping of dresses. This is Team LBD’s round up of the weekend’s best dressed celebrities.
Vanessa Hudgens and Emily Ratajkowski both opted for floor-sweeping thigh-split maxi dresses, making them a very favourable eveningwear trend at the moment. Attending the Industry Dance Awards, actress Vanessa wore a very flattering golden yellow long dress with statement neckline. Letting her dress do the talking, she stylishly swept her hair up and chose muted neutral hued heels. Whilst actress and model-of-the-moment, Emily, totally stole the show in a sheening metallic dress, featuring beautiful fine pleats and a revealing yet flattering neckline and defined waistband.
Amal Clooney, London based barrister and wife of actor George Clooney was spotted out with her famous spouse this weekend whilst holidaying on the white isle of Ibiza. Amal dared to bare in a dazzling gold disco-inspired mini dress, featuring a gathered front and cowl-style neckline it made for a really flattering take on an otherwise risqué little number. A decidedly bold choice but we think she pulled it off thanks to her golden holiday glow and black accessories.
In another risqué dress, actress and girlfriend of Jesse Metcalfe, Cara Santana, worked a thigh-flashing double side slit black dress. Turning up the heat at a cooking event in Culver City, Los Angeles, Cara’s dress was very simple in design which aided her to get away with such a racy choice. Well, that and her amazing figure!
