After securing no less than six awards at the Grammy Awards earlier this year in a fantastic black Armani evening dress, Adele was again crowned the Queen of Pop at the Brit Awards last night, in another LBD.

The Someone Like You singer and little black dress devotee landed two awards at the glamorous show, one for Best British Female and the other, the most prestigious of the awards, for Best Album. But Adele's moment of glory was cut short when a rather flustered host, James Corden, leapt on stage to wrap up her speech. Due to a rather lengthy acceptance speech from earlier winner, Damon Albarn, Adele was barely able to give thanks to everyone who voted for her before Blur were due to start their performance which lasted a staggering 11 minutes! In true Adele fashion the songstress made her feelings clear by gesturing with her middle finger at the camera. She later said that this sign was aimed at 'the suits' and she added 'I didn't want my fans to think I was swearing at them'.   Well, whoever Adele was 'expressing' herself to we at Team LBD think her recent accolades were truly deserved and that her long black lace dress teamed with ornately embellished earrings and her trademark eyelashes was truly award-worthy too.
