You will need: 1.7 fl.oz/50ml Snow Queen Kashmiri chilli & Star Anise infusion 0.5 fl.oz/15ml Cointreau Dash of pomegranate juice Dash of egg white Dash of fresh lime Dash of lemon juice Dash of gomme sugar syrup To make your super Spicy Queen: Put the chilli and star anise in a bottle of Snow Queen and leave for a week at room temperature. Add all the ingredients in a Boston shaker with a handful of ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the mixture is frothy. Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass.
