This month we caught up with stylist to the stars, Karen Williams, to find out which trends are best to be getaway gorgeous and which celebs looks we'll be coveting on and off the beach. Take it away Karen... "This year the sunshine has officially been a no-show so we’re talking all things holiday for those lucky ladies jetting off this month for the last glimpses of summer. But whether you’re cruising to a paradise beach or holding out for a Indian summer in the UK I've got your super-glam holiday wardrobe sorted from day to night." White wonder "I've been lucky enough to have just booked my holiday, a chilled out, two week break in Italy and I cannot wait! All I have to do is decide what to pack which won't be hard as my favourite trend this summer has to be white – it looks stunning in the sun. My suitcase is definitely going to be packed light and breezy with all things white this year. Hedonia Cheska Dress in Cream, £65Tatty Devine Lobster Necklace, £123Kat Maconie Maude Shoe, £180. Try a skater style dress with cute sandals and a matching bag for an effortless but chic style. I love the sheer white look as seen at New York fashion week but if you're not brave enough to bare all on the beach choose a dress with cleverly placed, sheer panels. I always like to add a quirky piece to an everyday look to help me stand out from the crowd so this over-sized lobster necklace from Tatty Devine is great and in keeping with my seaside look! Come night time simply swap your flats for full-on and fabulous high heels and grab a leather jacket for a more grown-up grunge look or swap your little white skater dress for a curve-enhancing body-con piece like TOWIE's Cara Kilbey who wore a beautiful Bernshaw dress from on the show a couple of weeks ago." Prints and peplums "Whether it’s a weekend away in Dublin or a couple of days in Barcelona, I love city breaks. Printed maxis and chic black peplum dresses will dominate my wardrobe wherever I go this summer and are fabulous warm weather essentials as they are comfortable and elegant. Mascara Zebra Print Single Shoulder Maxi Dress, Was: £159, Now: £95.40, Kelly Brown Primrose Cross Body Bag, £89United Nude Elastic Remix Wedge, £149. Animal prints are everywhere this summer too and look great for exploring the city by day. Look out for all variations on the perfect pattern from floral to paisley and not forgetting this season's tribal print. When wearing a statement print I find it's best to tone down the look with simpler accessories- these black wedges from United Nude are great and all the bags in Kelly Brown's latest range are perfect for understated day to night glamour. The Pretty Dress Company Belgravia Pencil Dress, £95. Come evening a urban landscape demands something chicer and catwalk-conscious so swap your floral prints, spots or stripes for a bold peplum which will not only have you looking like an A-lister but is also brilliant for enhancing curves in all the right places. Kim Kardashian, Victoria Beckham and the lovely Lucy Mecklenburgh who I often style are all massive fans and these three girls are totally different shapes." Bright and British "Even if you’re not going away this summer, there is still so much fun to be had at home! Plus you’re not limited to what you can wear each day! On a grey day lift your spirits by injecting colour into your outfit - you’ll feel thousands of miles away. Bernshaw Pepper Dress, £299, CeMe London Sophia Dress, £180,  James Lakeland Floral Print Dress, Was: £99, Now: £49.50. Blue works well in the daytime as it's not too over-the-top and can easily be toned down with black, white, or go-with-everything nude accessories. To really emulate this season's favourite styles go off piste with an injection of neon, or bold blue leopard print or water-colour flower prints. If this sounds a bit too daring for your daytime look spice things up with a subtle spot of shoulder embellishment on a royal blue pencil dress a la Bernshaw. Left to right: Rise Fashion Lemon Renee Dress, Was: £55, Now: £25, Rise Fashion Aqua Renee Dress, Was: £55, Now: £49.50. And come evening go even brighter with this season's acidic colour palette or my favourite and summer's staple: yellow. A personal favourite lemon look for me is the Rise Fashion dress Frankie Essex wore on TOWIE last weekend. Not only is the exact dress available at (in yellow and now blue!) but it's a great piece to wear in the day and then with lots of jewellery and heels at night." Tickled pink "Every girl loves pink whether it's a brazen fuschia to make sure you catch that special someone's eye or a pale, powedery palette for a really feminine look I guarantee that a pink dress will make you feel tanned, toned and on-trend on and off the beach.   Left to right: Hedonia Sleeveless Cerise Gabby Dress, £60, Cinderela B Pom Pom Rhodnite Necklace in Silver, £45Bourne Betsy Shoes, Was: £146, Now: £80.19. For a day of shopping in the city or wandering along picturesque streets I love a short pink mini dress which are really similar to some of the DESIGNER. Elliot Claire Pink Ruched Dress with Jewelled Belt, £295. For a night-time affair abroad or even if you're partying on nearer shores go full-length and fabulous in a pink evening dress like Frankie Essex did for the TOWIE finale. This fab Elliot Claire piece is available at here and will look great with super-groomed hair and make-up like Frankie or with beachy waves and a slick of lip gloss for all you boho beach babes out there!"
