A look back at the best Victoria Beckham dresses
We look back at VB's best dress moments from the sassy mini dresses and military style midis to the sumptuous red carpet gowns and her very own designs with tips for recreating the looks for less at LittleBlackDress.co.uk...
THE VERY LITTLE BLACK DRESS
Strutting down the catwalk at her own show at New York Fashion Week last year, with this skimpy hemline Team LBD couldn't help but recall Victoria's knicker-flashing days as a Spice Girl; but she wasn't called ‘Posh' for nothing! Wearing a piece from her Spring/Summer 2013 collection, this very little black dress mixed flirtation with sophistication in the way of the conservative high neck.
Team the Scarlett Black London Long-Sleeved Fascienne Dress, £145, with open-toe boots like these from Kat Maconie, £260, to channel the design moguls high end look for much less.
TRUE BLUE
Victoria Beckham was attending the Vanity Fair and Chrysler Celebration of Eva Longoria Foundation when she stepped out in this sky blue, military-esque midi dress. The dress is from the 2012 collection of Victoria's own collection and has since proved an A list favourite with Katherine Jenkins donning the dashing design most recently.
Steal her style with this almost identical tailored blue dress from The Pretty Dress Company, £101 and if you're brave enough add extra sex appeal with knee-high leather boots (these beauties from Bourne are in the sale too!).
TANGERINE DREAM
Striking a pose next to one of the most influential figures in fashion, Anna Wintour, must be a daunting task, but Victoria pulled it off in no less than a look-at-me tangerine body-con dress. Given her usual colour preferences the zesty number was an unusual but very welcome injection of colour for Fashion's Night Out 2012.
Take a leaf out of Victoria's style book and update your muted office wear with a longer length of pencil dress in a sumptuous scarlet hue. We love The Pretty Dress Company's Harvard Dress in Red, £95.
SEXY SIXTIES STYLE
Yet again working a high collar (take note, SS13 will be fit to bursting with them), Victoria flaunted her collection and enviable legs at The Victoria Beckham Autumn/Winter 2012 Range Launch at Harvey Nichols in London. This is a little black dress with a difference, experimenting with a retro twist on the classic shift dress whilst championing longer sleeves. At last a flattering trend we can all imitate, even if you don't have a figure quite like Victoria's!

LADYLIKE CHIC
Four-wheel drives and crockery — perhaps not the most conventional events, but this was The Land Rover Launch Range Rover Evoque Special Edition, Afternoon Tea Party in China. Never one to dress down for the occasion Ms Beckham epitomised the rough and tough spirit of these off roaders with black leather boots while her prim, high collar fit for a society lady who lunches; a juxtaposition that perfectly encapsulated the event and Victoria's alternative yet ladylike style.
Get the secretary chic look in a steely grey a la Victoria in the Matilda and Quinn Nancy Dress, Was £299, Now £179.
AWARD-WINNING ONE SHOULDER
Victoria made fashion history and proved she was a force to be reckoned with when she accepted the Designer Brand of the Year award in 2011. She exuded relaxed elegance in this long black dress that emphasised her height and small frame. Evening styles don't come much simpler than this, but clearly Victoria knows that simple is effective. Victoria added interest to the all-black look with a slim clutch bag and sleek up-do; an award-winning look.
Steal this red carpet worthy style with our very own Ultimate LBD, £95, and team with diamonds or pearls for added chic.
