Can I sign up to your newsletter?

Yes! We just need your name and an email address and our newsletter on all things LBD (and some exclusive offers and discounts!) will be winging its way to your inbox every week. Sign up by entering your email address at the bottom of the home page of the website. We follow privacy guidelines and you can cancel at anytime.

How do I use my discount code?

During the last stages of checking out, type in your discount code to the ‘Add Coupon’ box when prompted. Click ‘update bag’ and click Apply and your discount will be applied.

Is online shopping safe?

We run a secure website which uses the lock symbol. This means your data is safe.Little Black Dress allows you the option of the leading payment gateways to make your purchase as safely and securely as possible. We use Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Stripe and Open Pay and all these use data encryption technology to protect your details and we will never share your details with retailers.

Are Returns Free?

No it costs £4. Head to our returns page by clicking here for further information on how to make a return. You can either print out your label before dropping off at your nearest post office, or download your unique QR code where a label can be printed at the post office. Don’t forget to keep a copy of your receipt – Little Black Dress can not be held responsible for lost parcels outside of our tracked returns service. Make sure you’re within the 14 days return period and items are tagged and unworn.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order online by logging into your account. If you have checked out as a Guest user, your account may not be refreshed. Simply email us for more information if you’re unsure of your order status. Email and our customer service team will be happy to look into it for you.

How long does Standard UK Delivery take?

Free Standard UK Delivery normally takes 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to reach you from dispatch. For made to measure items you will have to wait a little bit longer, but we promise it will be worth the wait! Please refer to each individual product page for more information. 

How do I order Next Day UK Delivery?

Little Black Dress is a luxury marketplace and orders are dispatched directly from the brands to you. Next Day Delivery can be selected during checkout. Next day orders must be placed before 12:00 hrs Uk time, Monday to Thursday.

Do you deliver to my country?

Little Black Dress ships internationally: Please click here for a full list of countries and delivery charges. Your order will be dispatched direct from the brand(s) via a tracked service. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from the time of your order. International orders may incur custom duties and taxes so it can be a good idea to contact your local customs office to find out before you order. You will need to pay for the cost of returning your items. All international orders will be charged a brokerage fee if returned, due to shipping costs. This will be a set fee of £30 deducted from the refund.

Why isn't my whole order in the delivery?

As an online marketplace, we ship from different warehouses. If you order more than one brand, your order will be shipped seperately and arrive at different times. Emails will be sent with tracking information at each stage of the journey.

How do I return an item?

We hope you love your order from Little Black Dress, but if for any reason you wish to make a return you can do so within 14 days of receipt. Please follow our returns instructions on our website by clicking here. If your package did not include returns paperwork, please place a note inside the parcel with your order number and reason for return so we know who it has been returned by. 

Have you received my return?

Please allow 10-14 days for your refund to process. Once we receive your return confirmation from the brand, your refund will be issued via your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirming your refund. Please then allow 2-3 working days for the funds to become visible in your account; unfortunately this is out of our control and dependent on your banking service provider.

Why have I not yet received my goods?

In the event that your goods have not been received please email to check on your order and delivery status.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

How do I cancel, or change my order?

Simply email us at and we will check your item/s haven’t been dispatched and cancel/amend your order, no questions asked. 

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout. A £4 fee for using our tracked service will be deducted from the refund for UK residents.

Why haven't I received my order email?

Please check your spam folder in your email account. Your junk email may be doing such a good job, that it places some emails into this folder without you even knowing. Simply whitelist us as a sender. If you have still not recieved it, please email us at where we will be happy to help! 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

Simply email us at describing the issue clearly. If possible, please attach photographs of the issue. We will review the issue with our QC team and get back to you promptly.
