Alesha Dixon braved the freezing temperatures and brought a ray of sunshine to the Britain's Got Talent auditions at the Hammersmith Apollo in London in a bright shift mini dress. As the newly appointed female judge on the panel of the popular television series, she certainly gets the nod of approval from Team LBD with her fashion decisions!
