Amber Heard is an actress still fairly unrecognised by name, but is gradually procuring roles next to some of the biggest names in Hollywood; most recently starring in The Rum Diary alongside Johnny Depp. We have to hand it to the girl, she certainly knows how to pick her work, but more importantly she knows how to rock a little black dress, as the actress showed on the red carpet for the Vanity Fair Montblanc party in Los Angeles this week.

Once again, the midi dress is riding high on the fashion waves, and this particular LBD was season-savvy with a hint to the geometric trend and hailed from Antonio Berardi's seriously covetableResort 2012 Collection. The sculpted skirting of the dress flatteringly clung to the actress' svelte figure and was attached to a gorgeous monochrome, ornately embroidered bodice.
