Celebs love the Ultimate LBD

When we decided to create The Ultimate LBD, we took all that we'd learned in a year of selling long, short, body-con, free-flowing, classic and extravagant black dresses, and put it all into one incredible dress. We learned from the catwalks, we took note of what the celebs were choosing for their red carpet moments and we listened to our customers. Above all, you long for a black dress that transcends seasons, a dress that incorporates A-list style but isn't dictated by it, a dress that is comfortable and figure-flattering, and can be dressed up or down. But most importantly, a dress that makes you feel gorgeous the moment you slip it on. Not much then! No challenge is too great for Team LBD and with the help of rising design star Hanna Marie Hutchison, who has designed dresses for the likes of Cheryl Cole and Britney Spears, we have created the Ultimate LBD. Kelly and Kim are huge fans of the one-shoulder dress for its curve-enhancing and high fashion credentials. We love the voluminous skirt on Kelly's LBD and the flattering over-sized top and ruching on Kim's, which are two features we've incorporated in to our short version of the Ultimate LBD, £75.

The quintessential little black dress is short and fitted – it's a style that is hugely popular with you, our customers. THE LONG LBD LOVERS Thandi Newton is renowned for her elegant style, and often opts for a full-length and fabulous one-shoulder evening dress. Similarly the young Little Mix star, Leigh Anne Pinnock, keeps it classic in a sweeping one-shoulder maxi, but mixes it up with a youthful side split.
