Film and fashion join forces at the V&A
Fashion and film lovers unite as the largest collection of film costumes ever shows at the V&A in the Hollywood Costume exhibition...
The V&A exhibit will feature the most iconic and recognisable costumes from films past, with some pieces dating as far back as 1912. Dresses worn by screen (and LBD) idols Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe will sit side by side with more recent additions such as Kate Winslet's boarding dress from Titanic and Keira Knightley's stunning emerald green gown from Atonement. Judy Garland's gingham pinafore dress from The Wizard of Oz will also be reunited with those famous ruby slippers for the first time since filming.
