The Golden Globes best dressed list

Another year, another Golden Globes and as always an extensive host of A-listers took to the red carpet to show us just how glamorous they can be. Decked out in their finest jewels and covered head-to-toe in the most elegant lace, silks, satin and sequins, the photographers went mad for their poised hand-on-hip posing and pretty, pinned on smiles. Winning best actress for her role in the highly acclaimed drama Blue Jasmine, Cate Blanchett made sure she was looking her best in a beautiful Armani Privé Also among our favourites were Mila Kunis and Naomi Watts in beautiful sequin dresses and full marks to Emma Watson and Taylor Swift for injecting some colour with their vibrant dresses. Modern family star, Sophia Vergara proved a true icon for the LBD shunning her usual figure-hugging dresses for a beautiful strapless black gown with bouffant skirt, as Jessica Chastain simulated old Hollywood glamour in a strapless black Givenchy dress. Dowton Abbey star Michelle Dockery got it right again in Oscar de la Renta whilst Zoe Saldana experimented in Prabal Gurung, a dress which seemed made for her model-esque figure.
