Insider style secrets: Team LBD's holiday suitcases revealed
With Team LBD jetting across the globe for the last of summer's sun this month, seeking out chic city vibes in the US, laid-back luxe in Barcelona and cocktail hour cool in Ibiza, we asked them what they'll be packing in their suitcases to provide holiday style inspiration wherever in the world you're going...

For the perfect mix of old world charm and sexy Senorita style I head to the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. With plenty to do, see (and eat and drink!) you can make your holiday as adventurous or leisurely as you like with Spanish markets aplenty, gorgeous spas and open air pools and of course the marina, lined with a plethora of inviting cafes and hotels. It does get very hot though so if you're doing more than lolling on the beach prepare to live in maxi dresses in the day. Add a little SS13-appeal to your look with notice-me wedges and don't be afraid to layer on statement necklaces. Come the evening it's all about getting to know the locals and having a good time in Barcelona's bars and clubs so invest in bright coloured party dresses, embellishment and high high heels (so long as you can dance the night away in them!). If you're not in it for the sandy beaches and clear blue seas but like me you're a warm weather-worshiper and want sight-seeing, sunbathing and shopping all in one place, New York is the city for you this summer. High rise buildings and iconic high fashion stores await - remember, this is one of the fashion capitals of the world, so dress to impress in season-savvy statement styles - and there's something for everyone when it comes to designer labels and decadent alfresco restaurants. I always make sure I pack sensible flat sandals for all that sidewalk pounding and stock up on light and lovely lace dresses for lazy days catching a tan or learning to row at Central Park. A chic LBD and killer heels for cocktails Carrie Bradshaw-style in Manhattan is essential! Little Black Dress
