She's fast becoming the nation's sweetheart and despite her own heart belonging to the world of sport she is falling hard and fast for some of the most gorgeous creations in fashion. Yesterday night the stylish Olympian chose a postbox red long dress by Victoria Beckham no less for the Sports Personality of the Year awards. She might have lost out to the biggest sideburns in the business, Bradley Wiggins but she trumped the best of the A list in her gorgeous ruby evening gown. The simple, straight up and down vest style of the floor-length number was perfect for the fuss-free yet fashionable sports star and her minimal accessorising was spot on. Teamed with a black belt to accentuate her enviable waist, an oversized black patent clutch bag, hoop earrings and a statement pendant Jess certainly won Team LBD's Best Dressed award.
