Katie Holmes' LBD style

Unless you've been hiding under a rock somewhere you'll know that the hot news in Hollywood is TomKat's split. For those of you more familiar with a rock than the monthly glossies TomKat is (or was) Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. And whilst talk of Scientology, prenups, custody battles and just how hard life has been for Katie without her high heels (okay that was us) we're more interested in looking back at Katie's LBD style which is surely a cut above the rest. Our favourite LBD worn to date by the Dawson's Creek star was in June 2012 on a trip to China. Katie's LBD was simple and elegant, with thin off the shoulder straps and an above the knee hemline- the epitome of Hollywood glam with a cool modern twist. Katie complimented her chic style with chunky gold bracelets, a delicate necklace and high white shoes which we imagine we will be seeing Katie in a lot more with her newly single status!
