Ignoring the currently candy-coloured locks, Kelly Osbourne was looking absolutely chic in a demure monochrome checked dress for the annual E! Upfront party in New York. The midi dress featured a classic scoop neck, three-quarter length sleeves and eye-catching black and white checked panelling. However nothing was as eye-catching as the pop of colour Ms. Osbourne donned in the form of pink suede peep-toe heels (we're learning Ms O is a fan of the colour-pop heel!).
