Kelly Osbourne is no stranger to colour in black and pink ensemble

Kelly Osbourne has certainly come a long way from her angsty teenage door-slamming escapades on her reality family television programme The Osbournes. However we love that Ms. Osbourne has kept her youthfulness and sense of fun especially in regards to her fashion decisions as she looked vibrant in a one-shoulder black dress by Tony Ward Couture for Nickelodeon's 25^th Annual Kid's Choice Awards. The glam dress featured a piped lining bodice and a full girly ruffled skirting that came to just above the knee. We love how Kelly upped the colour ante by pairing the LBD with a pair of gorgeous fuschia peep-toe platform stilettos. Ms. Osbourne went all the way with her dedication to the pop of colour and further juxtaposed the black dress with matching pink nails, lips and not to mention the lilac hair.
