The Icon Behind The Dress: New girl on the block Dakota Johnson
In February there were three recurring topics of conversation: Fifty Shades of Grey, Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson. Needless to say Team LBD immediately fell in love with Dakota Johnson and her girly, flirty style, so of course we added to our Inspired by Icons LBD Collection and created a dress in her honour.
Since her role as Ana in Fifty Shades Of Grey Dakota has been plunged into the public eye as the new It Girl, and with this title comes plenty more movie roles... Currently filming for her new project How to Be Single, in which she stars alongside Johnny Depp and Benedict Cumberbatch in Black Mass, we can't wait to see what the fashionista will pull out for the premieres. And she's not stopping there as she is also confirmed to do the 1969 film La Piscine (A Bigger Splash) with Tilda Swinton and Ralph Fiennes. It seems this year is all about Dakota!
