Top up with the champagne.

Honey Bee Mine

Containing a double dose of aphrodisiac honey and vanilla this cocktail was designed by Simon in a rush of affection this Valentine's Day. The syrupy rum invention has a subtle sweet kick and a heady scent that is sure to bring out the temptress inside.

Ingredients: 2 shot Bacardi Superior Rum, 3 spoons Runny honey, …€º shot Vanilla extract, ¾ shot Laurent-Perrier Brut champagne

Directions: Stir the honey with rum in the base of a shaker to dissolve. Add vanilla essence; shake with ice for five seconds and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top up with chilled champagne.
