The best LBDs at the SAG Awards

Black was definitely best at last night's Screen Actors Guild Awards in Hollywood with the likes of Angelina Jolie and Emma Stone shasaying down the red runway in a range of beautiful evening dresses, elegant black maxis and embellished mini dresses. Here's Team LBD's pick of the best LBDs at the star-studded event... Angelina Jolie: Not one to hide away from the cameras, Ange was looking as fabulous as ever in this ruched detail black dress. We love her simplistic look but we can't help but wish she had teamed her black maxi dress with some more look-at-me, statement accessories. Emma Stone: We love the fifties style black prom dress Ms Stone donned for the ceremony. Not only is this a figure-flattering shape (not that she needs it!) but this beautiful black nod to the midi dress trend is perfect for Spring/Summer 2012. Paired with gorgeous ankle-strap heels and gold and black clutch bag this LBD deserves its own gong. And the winner...Ashlee Simpson: It's been a while since Baby Simpson graced a best dressed list. But she was back in full fashion force at the Awards with a black flapper dress complete with twinkling embellishment and delicate mesh sleeves. We love Ashlee's Gatsby glamour and subtle jewellery so much so its got us hoping for an invite to a red carpet affair just so we can copy her!
