Just how much would you spend on a little black dress? A diamond-encrusted little black dress that is, see above! In April 2012, a diamond wholesaler recently unveiled a custom-designed cocktail dress worth an estimated $15 million. The reason: it comprises of 100 3-carat round diamonds. A total of 85 diamonds were located on the bodice of the super-luxe LBD, four diamonds on each sleeve and seven adorning the back. The diamonds were provided by Tov International, a third-generation family owned and operated New York diamond wholesale business that specializes in 3-carat round diamonds. The statement-making frock was designed by Chloe & Reese, a New York based dress designer that specializes in custom cocktail dresses. Well, put us down for three!
