Taking its inspiration from the traditional Italian aperitivo, there will be a tasty buffet-style selection of antipasti and plenty of flora and fauna dotted around the rooftop. For a nifty £15, this is a cool hotspot for laid-back summer evenings. If you're up for it, splash an extra £15 and try your hand at a cocktail-making masterclass. Vermouth on the roof 4.
