Its official: LBDs are number one

New research out this week has confirmed what Team LBD has known all along that the classic little black dress is still the number one staple in any woman's wardrobe. We recently reported that this month marks the 50^th anniversary of classic film Breakfast at Tiffany's in which Audrey Hepburn became infamous for wearing that iconic little black dress. Not surprisingly, the new research found that Audrey Hepburn is still considered by 40% of women to be their number one style icon, beating other modern-day celebrities such as Cheryl Cole and Lady Gaga. All the women surveyed admitted to owning at least one LBD -of course! Looks like the Hepburn-inspired little black dress is going to be the party dress of choice again this Christmas!
