Kate Middleton accessorises her cute collar midi dress with a parasol (of course!)

This morning the Duchess of Cambridge may have been in the news for her less covered up dress sense but it was yesterday's Singapore outing in a cute collared midi dress that really caught Team LBD's eye. Not least because she teamed it with a very ladylike parasol!

Kate looked as demure as usual in this light long-sleeved dress which featured a slight V neck and buttoned front. As you'll already know collars are going to be huge this Christmas party season thanks to the likes of Karl Lagerfeld and Louis Vuitton, and Kate's pale blue dress is a great way to wear the trend now, or in sunnier climes. Accessorised with Kate's trademark nude court shoes and her beautiful sapphire engagement ring, Team LBD may well be hanging up our black dresses this weekend in favour of something a little more 'South Pacific-chic'!
